Patrick Residence

“A lake house in the city.” That was the objective in designing our founder’s home—a restful place connected with nature, with clean lines, rustic but refined elements, and a clear sight-line to wooded grounds beyond. We achieved the goal and then some, removing walls to create dramatic vistas and encourage circulation within the space. The result is a refined but comfortable family home that encourages both quiet moments and lively interaction between family and guests. The project even got the attention of the press: Both Atlanta Journal/Constitution and Better Homes and Gardens featured it between their covers.
