Simple luxury: two words that describe our work for the InterContinental Toronto guest room and corridors, a high-end hotel in an upscale Toronto neighborhood. Natural materials and subtle, organic patterns wrap the guest rooms in restful, neutral color, offering a universally calming vibe. Bright, clean, luxurious bathrooms complete the guest suites. The InterContinental’s corridors were another matter however. Dark and small, they required an experienced touch to make welcoming. We used light woods and whites to open everything up, making what was once a dreary pass-through one you’d now feel comfortable lingering in for a bit.
